Krista Jessacher is former counsel in the area of litigation, including estate litigation and general probate work.  Krista received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1999.  Since then Krista worked as an associate for two mid-sized downtown Vancouver lawfirms.  In addition she was a Deputy District Registrar at Vancouver Supreme Court and performed Registrar and Clerical duties at the Probate Registry and in the courtrooms.

Krista was reinstated to the Bar in 2006 when she returned to practice, after having worked at the Vancouver Supreme Court. 

She is a former member of the Civil Litigation, Elder Law and Pension, Benefits and Compensation sections of the Canadian Bar Association where she took a special interest in ecourt.
